Grandma’s Law is well established behavioral technique based on the “Premack Principle”. It has several applications in parenting, teaching and business. As I always say:

In other words, “do this and you’ll get that.” In the world of business, it means “Pay-for-Performance”. It is the consequence of behavior. It is an instrument of motivation. It is SMART goals. It is the ultimate form of self-management.
